Celotex CW4000 is an easy-to-install polyisocyanurate (PIR) thermal insulation board with a low emissivity foil facing, supplied in thicknesses from 40 mm to 100 mm for partial fill cavity wall applications.

Celotex CW4000 is a rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation board with low emissivity foil facings on both sides, designed specifically for partial fill masonry cavity wall applications. The 1200 x 450 mm board size and squared edges help the boards fit between standard wall tie spacings, assisting with straightforward installation.

With a declared thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m·K and thicknesses from 40 mm to 100 mm, Celotex CW4000 provides good thermal performance to help achieve target U-values with thinner wall build-ups. The product is BBA certified for defined partial fill cavity wall constructions and manufactured under independently monitored quality and environmental management systems in line with EN ISO 9001 and EN ISO 14001.

Typical applications
