The Moisture Resistant Plasterboard with Tapered Edge, available in dimensions of 2400mm x 1200mm x 12.5mm, is designed to withstand moisture and humidity, owing to its silicone additives and water-repellent liners. It's perfect for high-humidity areas such as bathrooms and kitchens. Absorbing less than 5% of water, this plasterboard offers excellent fire protection and acoustic insulation. It's suitable for semi-exposed areas and is particularly useful for constructing walls and ceilings in bathrooms or kitchens. It also works well for external soffits in sheltered positions. All in all, it significantly enhances moisture resistance within a property.
