The Dual Extended Underfloor Ventilator is designed to meet all current and future regulations. Catering for increased thermal insulation needs in suspended floors, it accommodates wider cavities for extra cavity wall insulation. It effectively manages difficult underfloor void access, even up to 525mm below an airbrick or 350mm from the outer face of an external leaf.

Product Description

The Dual Extended Underfloor Ventilator is designed to meet current and future requirements as stipulated in Part L of the Building Regulations and other relevant standards. In light of the increased depth of thermal insulation in suspended floors, wider cavities are now necessary to house more cavity wall insulation. As a result, accessing the underfloor void can be quite difficult, sometimes being up to 6 or 7 brick courses (525mm) below an airbrick or as much as 350mm from the outer face of the external leaf. This underfloor ventilator aims to combat these challenges effectively.
