A 2400mm x 1200mm x 35mm insulated plasterboard with an orange-coloured extruded polystyrene backing and ivory board face for effective thermal insulation. Offers an integral vapour control due to a closed cell foam structure, ensuring minimal environmental impact with zero Ozone Depletion and less than 5 Global Warming Potential. Easy to install and requires minimum delay for decoration. Complies with industry standards BS 476 (Part 6 & Part 7), BS EN 13501-1, EN 13950:2014 and BES 6001 certified.

Product Description

This insulated plasterboard measuring 2400mm x 1200mm x 35mm features a tapered edge. A 9.5mm plasterboard backed with orange-coloured extruded polystyrene and faced with ivory coloured board, it offers a cost-effective solution for new and existing buildings requiring medium to high levels of thermal insulation. The product is devised with an integral vapour control due to its closed cell structure in the foam. From an environmental standpoint, this product is CFC and HCFC free, has zero Ozone Depletion Potential, and offers less than 5 Global Warming Potential. Its closed cell structure delivers a thermal conductivity of 0.19W/mK for the WallBoard and 0.033 W/mK for the extruded polystyrene, providing reliable insulation. Designed for ease of installation, it entails a minimum delay after joint treatment dries for decoration. Compliant with BS 476 (Part 6 & Part 7), BS EN 13501-1 & EN 13950: 2014 standards, and certified to BES 6001, this plasterboard guarantees adherence to industry regulations and quality benchmarks.
